BIOGRAPHY

Timothy Hopkins (*1995) is regarded as one of the most promising young cellists of his generation.

He gained international attention with his debut album Salute to the Violin, nominated in two categories for the Opus Klassik Award. His concert engagements have taken him to Italy, Spain, South Korea, Portugal, Belgium, Finland, Austria, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Lithuania, and the United States.

Internationale Aufmerksamkeit erhielt er mit seinem Debütalbum Salute to the Violin, das in zwei Kategorien für den Opus Klassik nominiert wurde. Konzertreisen führten ihn bisher nach Italien, Spanien, Südkorea, Portugal, Belgien, Finnland, Österreich, Tschechien, in die Schweiz, nach Litauen und in die USA.
